Professor of Biomechanics & Motor Learning, West Chester University
Dr. Ken Clark is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches classes in Biomechanics and Motor Learning. His research is focused on running performance and speed development. Ken received his PhD in Biomechanics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Ken has over a decade of strength & conditioning coaching experience, having worked in the private sector (Summit Sports in West Chester PA), at the high school level (Jesuit Prep in Dallas TX), and in the collegiate setting (Dickinson College, Haverford College, Villanova University). Ken has certifications from the NSCA, USA-Weightlifting, and USA Track & Field. Ken’s interest in coaching comes from his own athletic background, as he was an All-Conference running back from 1999-2000 at Swarthmore College.
