Why did you pick this college?

“Cornell offers everything I was looking for in a school. I immediately connected with the players and the coaches. The high academic standard is something I knew I wanted as well as a strong lacrosse program. Coach Graap and her coaching staff have built an incredible program at Cornell and I am so excited to be a part of it.”

What advice would you give to younger Blast players beginning the recruiting process?

“Stay positive!! This process can be long and hard but if it is really what you want it will all be worth it in the end. Write all of your emails, go to any and all camps that you can, play hard, and listen to your coaches because they have your best interest at heart.”

What’s your favorite part of playing for Blast?

“My favorite part about playing for Blast is my team. I absolutely love my team! The friendships that I have formed with them and the memories that we have made together are what make Blast so special to me.”

What other colleges were you considering?

Brown, Colgate, Bucknell, Princeton, Boston College

Additional Comments

“Thank you to my club and school coach Josie Ferri and my club coach Julie Young for their support. I would not be the player that I am today without their help. A big thank you to my family and friends for always supporting me. Also, thank you to my summer coaches Ally Heavens and Caroline Doran for all their support. Thank you to my parents for everything that they did for me and taking so much time out of their busy lives to helping me throughout this entire process!”
