Blast players to rep Philly at National Tournament

Ten Blast players were selected to compete on Philly teams at the US Lacrosse Women’s National Tournament at Lehigh University this Memorial Day weekend. Nearly 70 teams across the country compete at National Tournament every year, making it one of the best college recruiting events. The event is open to all high school aged players (9th-11th), but all players must try out for regional teams in order to participate. This year, the regional tryout for Philly sold out at 250 participants. Numerous Philly Blast players made it through the first round of cuts; ten Blast players made it through the final selection process and will be attending team selection tryouts on Sunday May 1st to be placed on one of the five Philly Teams. Congratulations girls!
